Description
John Jarvis (1888-1967), immigrated from Lithuania in 1910 and eventually settled in Worthington along with his sister, Mary. His farm at the corner of Indian Oven Road and Old Post Road (no longer extant) was known for its large number of turkeys. Photo shows John Jarvis with his brother, Constantine (Connie) Jarvis behind the barn at John Jarvis's home at the intersection of Old Post Road and Indian Oven Road. On the back of the photo: "Back of barn. Barn was attached to house."
