    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[One newspaper article from the Daily Hampshire Gazette, April 10, 1990, was written by Janet Dimock about the Robert Sweeney house that was moved from CT to Thayer Hill Road in 1986. They purchased the house in 1985. It was rebuilt by Teton Builders and the kitchen from the Sam Hills house at the end of Sam Hill Road was attached and is used as a kitchen.  The second article dated July 6, 1995 describes the joining of two houses together with images showing the interior.  Mentioned are Robert (Bob) Sweeney, Barbara Sweeney, Sam Hill, Stanley Stosz. ]]></dcterms:description>

Epperly accompanies this file of records for the Veteran&#039;s Memorials in Worthington. &#039;Due to the significance of these records and the time incurred in preparing these lists, we would appreciate the records becoming part of the WHS archives for safe keeping. All funding on the laltest plaque was provided to the COA through the Rolland Fund.&#039; The committee to update the records comprised Barbara Pease, Barbara Shea and Millie Klouda who all worked for over a year to obtain names of veterans who were living in Worthington at the time of their departure to the military. Worthington: there were no recorded crimes in 1800s and early 1900s. Helen Magargal and Lois Ashe Brown both comment on lack of crime today. Reverend Josiah Spaulding (1794) was described by James C. Rice in 1854 as being charged with immorality and deliquency of duty and was dismissed after tremendous town controversy. The charges were never sustained.]]></dcterms:description>
