Cormier will present on his latest book <em>Good Golly&#8230;Missed Trolley<\/em>. <\/strong>(This event is sponsored by the Worthington Library.) The book examines the evolution and impact of the trolley system in Western Massachusetts, the various political and business actors involved, and why electric trolleys never made it to our town. Previously\u00a0he taught at Princeton University. His previous books include two studies of judicial politics in <em>ancien r\u00e9gime<\/em> France, two studies<em>\u00a0<\/em>of\u00a0the causes and trajectory of the French Revolution,\u00a0<em>The Anatomy of Revolution Revisited: A Comparative Analysis of England, France, and Russia <\/em>(2014), and <em>Rethinking Revolutionary Change in Europe: A Neostructuralist Approach <\/em>(2020).
